A native
of Bedford, Virginia, Mr. Rosazza entered Lynchburg College, Lynchburg, Virginia, where he received his B.A. degree with a
major in music and minors in both secondary education and religious education. He served as president of the college touring
choir during two of his four years, was a tenor soloist for several area churches, and was voted the outstanding music student
by the Paderewski Club his senior year.
Mr.
Rosazza joined the U.S. Army and served in the Chaplain Corps. There he directed the military chorus which won numerous awards.
After completing his tour of duty, he was accepted in the graduate program at Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey.
He received his Master of Music degree, specializing in voice, conducting, and music education. He was a member of the Graduate
and Symphonic Choir which performed regularly with the Philadelphia Symphony, the New York Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall and
the National Symphony of Washington, D.C.
Upon moving
to Florida, Mr. Rosazza served as minister of music for several churches, helping to organize the National Fellowship of Methodist
Musicians of Florida, and served as the chairman of the National Scholarship Committee for the Methodist Church. As a music
educator at Vanguard High School, he developed a premier choral program where his students continually received All State
recognition.
Mr. Rosazza
has served as a clinician for adult and high school workshops, and teaches voice in the Ocala area. He is the founding conductor
of the Marion Civic Chorale, formed in 1986,
Mr.
Rosazza and his wife, Diane, spend summers in Highlands, North Carolina where he serves as a teaching tennis professional
and supervises the tennis program at Trillium Golf and Links Country Club, Cashiers, North Carolina.
